The device comes with variety of options for cellular communication technology to choose from: 2G (GPRS), 3G (UMTS), 4G (LTE - with selected band width and CAT implementations: CAT-M1, CAT1, CAT4) modules
Wi-Fi hot spot with the ability to support up to 8 concurrent users. In addition, as an option, the technology can be configured to act as a client instead of host, in order to connect with third-party Wi-Fi hotspot.
The device comes with two way standard short range RF communication module. Which can be used to transmit data between the device and a mobile phone/tablet or read data from variety of external sensors and tags.
3D high sensitivity accelerometer and gyro supported with the Safety technology for Driving Behavior analysis and BlackBox feature. The technology can identify 20 maneuver types in 3 levels. The functionality offers event based driving behavior alerts.

StarLINK TITAN is a versatile telematics device designed for the heavy machinery segment. Built of a rugged enclosure and a waterproof harness connector and engineered for harsh environments. TITAN offers global LTE 4G CAT-1 connectivity and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) support for a wide range of peripheral accessories, including Driver ID, fuel, temperature / humidity sensors, and more.
The device features a 4G LTE CAT-1 cellular module with 2G fallback, supporting worldwide frequency bands for reliable global connectivity.
It includes advanced CAN / CAN FD Engine technology, providing a CANBUS interface compatible with multiple protocols such as CANBUS, CAN FD, OBD2, and FMS J1939, with support for up to 12 parameters.
A built-in high-sensitivity 3D accelerometer powered by ERM Safety technology detects up to 20 different driving maneuvers across three intensity levels, generating event-based alerts.
The system supports Driver ID management using customizable Black and White Lists, with flexible identification options including third-party BLE tags.
Additionally, it is equipped with Bluetooth® 5.3 Low Energy, enabling communication with mobile phones or tablets and allowing data collection from external sensors and tags.
